TOKYO CITY APPRAISAL respect privacy of the customers. We must keep acquired
property data and personal information confidencial, according to the Personal
Information Protection Law of Japan. We formally announce to conduct our
business just in the stance as stated below.
1. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
We only use acquired information for appraisal business conducted by the Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, the Surveys of Land Values organized by the central and prefectural governments, and for the other appraisal related kind of business.
2. SHARED USE
We may acquire comparable sales data, leasing data, site prearation costs
data and the other data. We put these data to the shared use among the
members of Japanese Association of Real Estate Appraisal inc. and Association
of Real Estate Appraisers inc. in each prefecture. All the members use
these data only for the uses which stated above.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
 We must pay strong attention for the administration of the acquired information.
We must keep acquired information away from danger like leaking, losing
and damaging it with appropriate and rational security measures. We put
a person in charge of security management for the personal information
who manage all the security measures and educate the workers how to handle
the information properly.
